When you have more time to experiment with your business ideas, you have a better chance of stumbling on that “aha” moment that drives your company into hyper growth mode.

If having more time to discover how you can send your company into hyper growth mode sounds attractive, we recommend you start using Zapier zaps to automate some of your marketing tasks.

In this posts, we will show you how to set up marketing automation for tasks such as:

  • Content marketing

  • Lead nurturing

Content marketing

Content marketing is one of our favourite growth tools here at LeadBoxer. It has helped us introduce thousands of people to our product and brand with social media and from search engines.

We now use Zapier automations to help us distribute our blog posts. This means that when we publish a new articles, we can now instantly notify blog subscribers of the new post, schedule social media posts on Buffer, post our article to relevant online communities, and even email or Tweet to people that we’ve talked about in our blog posts.

Our three favourite Zapier automations for Blogs

1. WordPress + Buffer (get)

2. WordPress + MailChimp (get)

Lead generation and management

Once you’ve collected a lead, figuring out how to correctly manage your leads is a vital part of the success of a business. Figuring out how to manage your leads is important because it helps you build a sales funnel to collect valuable new customers.

With the recent integration of LeadBoxer to Zapier, we have been able to automate and optimise the way that we manage our newly collected sales leads.

These are our two favourite Zaps for managing our leads:

1. LeadBoxer + Slack (get)

LeadBoxer Zapier Slack

When a valuable lead is collected using the LeadBoxer lead pixel, we are notified on our Slack #sales channel. This allows every person on the LeadBoxer team, not just our dedicated sales heroes, to understand if our marketing efforts are attracting the right people to our website.

2. LeadBoxer + Pipedrive (get)

We use a Zap that sends our leads directly from our lead pixel to our Pipedrive sales flow. This means that we waste less time importing our newly collected leads and have more time to contact and study our leads.

Lead nurturing

1. LeadBoxer + Intercom (get)

You can put your LeadBoxer leads directly into Intercom. Once your leads are in Intercom, you can send automated or manual messages to your lead efficiently, allowing you to best nurture professional relationships.

2. Intercom + MailChimp (get)

When we want to turn our Intercom data into subscribers of our blog, we automatically import them to a list on MailChimp. Once our lead is on our blog subscription list, we are able to send them emails that promote our expertise and passion for helping companies grow each time new content is posted to our blog.
